RCSDC has a team of highly professional experts available for project design and implementation, conducting research and policy feedback. It has worked with many government and non-government organizations on different issues of community development.
RCSDC has its office with basic infrastructures. Different policies are in place for the smooth operation. It has a pool of experts in roaster specialized in different fields i.e. agriculture, income generation, community empowerment, gender issues, vocational trainings, natural resource management, community health and sanitation programmes, peace building and research activities.
